Comment:
The era: 1991-95. The town: South Bend, IN. I assembled this tape in early '99 as an exercise in nostalgia; it served as the official soundtrack in my (now, sadly, defunct) '88 Corolla wagon.Feedback:
very cool.
nothing too obscure, but that's great. all the essentials are here. and you have to have "hey jealousy" and "you shook me." cool.
haha oh man this hits way too close to home.
amazingly this echoes (for the most part) 1989-1993 driving around elyria, OH in an 86's cavalier station wagon. however, like the wagon, i had to put most of this stuff out to pasture and move on to bigger and better things...
this could be the soundtrack for anyone's high school years.
wow this is fantastic, great songs and great bands...Joy Division, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, U2, Smashing Pumpkins, Beck, Nirvana, Gin Blossoms. heh, i'm also from South Bend, but I graduated from Riley and I was there '96-'00, funny to see someone else here from this town.
Heh. Nicole, if you went to any local punk shows in middle school, it's even remotely possible that you've heard of [Billy Cripple and] the Crutches...
