Comment:

Done as an answer to a long-standing request from my friend Sean and dedicated to my grandfather, Thomas P. Conroy, who passed away approximately 36 hours ago. Since then, I've found myself listening to nothing but Low. Uncharacteristically, I tried to include at least one track from each of their major releases, and thus sacrificed a couple of favorites in the process (most notably "Kind of Girl", "Missouri", "Down", "Drag", "The Plan", "Soon" and "I Remember"). It's pretty obvious which two albums of theirs that I prefer over all of the others.

Sorry to hear about your granddad, Rob. Beautiful mix - I was just having a discussion about Low with a friend of mine today - as they are coming to Perth next month - their first time ever.

Thanks for the condolences and the comments, folks. And Brandt, although I think Long Division is a fine album, I also think it's their least engaging release, so yeah, there's not much from it...

Nice mix--and my condolences. I picked up a disk recently "Duluth Does Dylan" (Duluth MN bands covering their native son) that has a killer a cappella version of "Blowin' In The Wind". I'm starting to like this band a lot.

Can't wait to hear it, lover. Oh, did I just say "lover"? Oops.
