Comment:

Ongoing project...saw a comment on someone's mix about how much crap is posted here and I sometimes get an overwhelming feel that the less known and unrecognizable material is praised more here than the actual process of assembling a mix and getting it to flow, so I thought I would do as my title suggests and try to get all to live in a mix together. Recognizable and unrecognizable...this doen't really explain clearly what I mean so I will try agin with the comments on month 002...til then bear with me.

you are most correct...the site is called "Art of the Mix" not "Art of knowing more about some obscure band that no one really gives a shite about" (Rob Conroy)

or "Art of childishly dissing other people's musical likes just because they don't fit in with your sad little world of music" (Rob Conroy again)

Well I don't know if I was trying to single out people per se but more or less realize that it's not so much what the music is but what you do with it. ;)

...couldn't agree more with your "explanatory notes" and the GH comments....ah, to risk ostracism for the sake of a truth....I bear with you.....
