Comment:
1 of 3 cd set for my dad's birthday. loosely themed around the feeling the color yellow gives me. dad's tastes run a little more classic and a little more pop than mine -- so i try to stay away from my more morose or "weird" loves -- although red probably strays from that the most. i just can't jive my feelings about the color red with pop... oh the trials of being a mix-stress!Feedback:
wow...some'un else with Michael Jackson, Wilco, Nirvana, and Elliott Smith on a mix. brilliant. I salute a fellow Austinite. hey, did you see Wilco/Handsome Family at Stubb's? a splendid time was guaranteed for all.
oh man, that show was SO excellent. agidj ebrgh erlkjgherg jkdsrgkjn. so so so excellent. wilco is so much better live, and that's saying a lot because i like them on album too. and that was the best show i'd seen in a long time (and better than the two other shows i saw at stubbs that week (they might be giants and modest mouse)... thanks for the comment. maybe we should trade, since we're in the same city and all.
