Thanks for the comments on my first mix. I really like this site and plan to contribute quite a bit. Anyhow, this mix is rather self explanatory. Most of these are GBV songs, but there is a liberal sprinklig of solo and offshoot material as well. Bob packs a lot of song into a short 2 or so minutes, so the nice thing about this mix for me is that it seems a lot longer than it really is. The last track is kind of Who'd out and anthemic and I thought it would be a nice way to wrap things up. Great for in the car.Feedback:
Very cool! I knew you had to be GBV fan when I saw your name. I love almost everything GBV does, but they can occasionally sound like a cow dying in the side of the road. Will you do something similar for Tobin Sprout/Eyesinweasel?
Yeah I agree. Their good stuff is some of my favorite ever but there's plenty of unlistenable stuff as well. I've never really gotten around to listening to any of Tobin's stuff. I may have to change that.
In Bob we trust! All killer no filler (though GBV doesn't have much in that department)
