Comment:

for fellow AOTM'er lottie, the only girl i've ever met who has as much love for def leppard as, say, yo la tengo or tom waits. besides, when yr resident dream girl expresses feelings of "mix neglect", one can't help but be inspired to deliver (hopefully) a fun knock-out. [title a knocked-off the "bitchin' camaro" intro]

thanx for reminding me about the title, i was trying to place it......what I would like to know is you think "Jackson" is a rip off of "The Ballad of John and Yoko" or the other way around.......gotta be one or the other....

all i want is public declarations of love, is that so wrong?

also, it begs the question: how many times can you listen to "you shook me all night long" in a row before brain damage results?.....let's find out!

Cool mix, man. :-) Good to see you've made some use of the mixes I sent. ;-) (Not a dig at all, as I'm flattered...)

Dude! You mention Def Leppard in the title and overlook them in the mix, yet you include AC/DC. What kind of logic is this son? :)

this takes me back to a night in spring of '94 when dead milkmen played at the main event in toledo with possum dixon and locals gone daddy finch...rodney anonymous did a twenty minute intro to "bitchin' camaro" that involved reading suzanne summers autobiography (a particularly juicy chapter about a dry hump) and talking about being raped by football players in a certain kind of car...what kind of car? well, when you saw that punk launch himself into the crowd you knew which kind, and that on that night, you were a bit closer to heaven.
