As things would have it, in my 19 years i've never had a girlfriend on valentines day. Been close a few times, but things just didn't stay good long enough i suppose. In addition, i just havent had the best of luck in the area in a good while anyway, so this makes for a decent depression mix. Mostly sad love songs of yearning and the like... a few crooners... some happy tunes as well. I know 'last goodbye' is like the buckley 'pop' song, but it is, in fact, probably my favorite song of all time, as it truly means something to me and always reminds me of a certain someone [sigh].....

Don't worry, you're still young! There'll be plenty more Valentine's Days for you - and just think of all the money you've saved this year (and in the past) in not having to buy silly flowers that will die within a couple of days (can you tell I'm not much for valentines day?)
i heartily agree with sue. we're still young, and likely poor, too. being single can suck sometimes, but think of all the hassle you don't have to put up with because you got the wrong flowers or she's on a diet and won't eat the chocolates you bought. girls are pretty dumb, especially when it comes to valentine's day. great mix, though.

i totally agree with you sue, this commericialisation has gone TOO far. a completly dumb idea. as far as i'm concerned the world would be a better place if people felt free to express their love for fellow human beings on any day of the year. great mix rob, especially ben and jeff. i think last goodbye reminds nearly everyone of a different special someone.
