Rap is an artform that I've always respected, but I had trouble finding respectable rap acts -- 'til I started skimming the "abstract hip-hop" and "independent hip-hop" sections of Audiogalaxy. Yes, people do more than just the mindless with rap music... and I have proof. The second half is all slow jams, which always get me nice & relaxed -- certainly some tracks here for my makeout CD that I want to make in the near future. It's also interesting because I haven't listened to the least bit of rap music for the LONGEST time, and now that I've found stuff that actually does something, I think it'll be a staple in my diet.
