Jordin and Blake squared off on the the final night of competition. Each performer had to sing a song they had previously performed - Blake started the show with Bon Jovi's "You Give Love A Bad Name" while Jordin brought back Martina McBride's "A Broken Wing". They also had to perform a new song. Jordin went with Christina Aguilera's "Fighter" and Blake chose another Maroon 5 hit, "She Will Be Loved". Both performers closed the show with their renditions of the song that won the Idol songwriting contest "This Is My Now".
