Comment:

this is the first in what i'm hoping is a series of
mixes. I've been wanting to do this for a long time now,the idea being that i was tired of getting mixes that held back, and I wanted mixes to remind me of the people in my life.
I wanted mixes from my friends (and even aquaintences),
that didn't hold back. mixes that weren't trying to cater to my taste as spoken by their tastes. tapes that were unfiltered reminders of who these people are.
i wanted mixes that would truly remind me of the people behind the mixes when they weren't around.
ideally, the tape is a total personification, the tape is a capture of the person's soul, just in the form of a mix tape.
the only rules being that it couldn't cater to anyone's tastes but the maker's, it had to be in essence, a tape of that person, it had to really be worked on and thought about, and the title of the tape had to be that person's name.
i also had to recieve a copy lol,and in turn i would send my tape to whoever sent me there's.
as i thought about it, i realized that, besides my
freinds and aquaintences,i wouldn't mind getting them from other people, so i told whoever decided to go along with this project, that if they knew anyone who would like to do this, it would be great. just as long as they went along with the idea of the project, and of course,i got a copy lol.one big people collective.
i'll be putting up tapes i get from those who send them that dont upload lists to this site.

my tape, i think worked, tho at first i thought it was a disaster. it was really hard to do, as i knew it would be. but then i realized, that even tho the tape was chaotic..well, i was kind of chaotic too.
on second listen, i realize it seems to be a sucess.yay.

of course, if anyone is interested in doing this, lemme know! :)

really good idea and a really good tape. i love to see anyone use mix tapes for any kind of greater good in relationships and this looks right up my alley.
