for fellow aotmer larry (orcaman) white. we've traded a couple of times now. i highly recommend his mixes. he asked me to make a mix of my choosing but he wanted it on the mellower side. why i thought that meant i had to have a lot of women on the tape i don't know, but i think this is fairly mellow. there are a few "heavier" but they are hardly heavy. the title of the mix comes from the james brown song (which i'm sure larry knows). betty in black are friends of mine on the verge of becoming the next big thing and i wanted larry to hear them. they actually cover super bad but i didn't have a good quality recording of it or i would have put it on here either with the j.b. version or by itself, i don't know for sure but it doesn't matter anyway. i hope you dig it brother.
