Comment:
Retrospect. This is the first of the Shibuya-kei series. This is fairly non-Japanese. Look for part two in the upcoming v 64....which is very Japanese but virtually unknown over here. There are still some loose socks about but it is very very inaka (in country). The new trend? Well, melanoma tans via tanning beds are out and extremely white skin is in. Bangs bangs bangs and black hair. No 20cm platforms, either. The big deal is Adidas red (preferably) or blue striped ROM style shoes unless you are lucky enough to be able to score on the lengendary Stan Smith anti-stripe model. Can't handle that? Get yourself a snowboard. As for me, I have fallen in love with the Japanese womens' curling team.
Feedback:
So funny. when i was in Japan it was all tan girls with crimped hair, tall boots, white lip balm and big attitudes.
great track by the "rhythm killa's"!!!
that rhythm killa's "is" great and has just as much to do with the queen l and the guy with all the initials....best thing they did since they covered Yes We Can Can
