These songs sum up what I am feeling inside right now. I have all these conflicting feelings going on right now. They all seem to be coming from the base of my spine, hence the title. Most of the tracks speak of my conflicting feelings towards a certain other who has taken over my mind. Right now I'm just confused, and music seems to help turn down the volume on all that noise.

I like this mix. A lot. I can't say much more without sounding completely inarticulate. Clavicle, Stellar, This Mess We're In, and Rocks Tonic Juice Magic- I thought I was the only one who would allow those to coexist on a mix without feeling guilty for my lack of cool.
