Comment:
The theme is the spectacularly futile and mind-destroying effect of having a lifelong obsession with a certain group! Non-Fall songs here are covers of their songs or originals of songs they've covered or they just have some other connection.Feedback:
Very cool. I've always liked the Fall, but usually in small doses. Good call on the Barbara Manning track. Did you consider using Coldcut's "Telephone Thing" or that Elastica song with Mark on vocals?
Cool stuff, but I'm with Ion, I like the Fall in small doses.
Wow, Tocotronic! Is that the one where he tells Dirk how terrible everything is and then how to make records?
did you see Mark e smiths mixed tape in mojo collection?
that was weird.
that was weird.
Small doses? No no no no no no large doses always. Although I'm not sure if it's healthy.
the fall covered "african man"? when? where? & like, WHY?
African Man is on their 2001 album 'Are You Are Missing Winner' (sic). MES has always been a Stooges fan and probably eats skunks for breakfast .
