Comment:
My co-worker Danielle asked me to make her a mix to use as "background music" for a party. This was the result. Maybe someone at the party will hear something they like and be spurred to check out some good new music. Is that idealistic? Or just narcissistic?Feedback:
I just made a mix for my mom to turn her onto new music, so I have to go w/idealistic. It would be narcissistic to make a mix then spend hours just staring at the song list, telling yourself how great it is! Since this topic came up, I should check out the music on here that I don't know. See, around here your mix can have the desired effect without me even having to hear it!
I agree with Scott, tried rather unsuccessfully to turn people on to new stuff by giving them the tapes. To quote COOL HAND LUKE..."Some people just can't be reached". Good picks though, on your other mixews too- good taste!
a little new orleans theme - nice
