Comment:
A compilation made for my friend Jennifer. I couldn't decide whether to make a disc of sexually-themed music (since she's a terrible flirt), or just a bunch of stuff I thought she'd like, so I did both, kind of...track 11 is an extract from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," and track 17 is a soundbite from the UK version of the "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" soundtrack.Feedback:
this ought to do the trick, George. You know the swinging medallions song was almost banned in the sixties, because the authorities objected to the line "She loved me so long and she loved me so hard, I almost passed out in her frontyard!" Changed days huh?
mad phat, yo.
Yeah, that's part of the reason I put it on there...hmm...it might be fun to make a compilation of songs that were banned for racy lyrics, like "Let's Spend The Night Together," "Wild Thing," and many others.
wonder how stuff like Walk on the wild side and Honky Tonk Women got by the censors!
