Comment:
made as a send-off for a friend who moved this past weekend from NYC to the southerner pastures of New Orleans. Meant to encompass funny, nostalgic and fed up all at once. One of her favorite things was the string quartet at The Met, hence the Bach. The placement of Sinatra at the end will mean something to any Yankee fan.Feedback:
Another great mix, Lakespeed.
nice job!
lovely choices, lakespeed. i've been thinking about a mix devoted to our fair city as well, but the thought of weeding through the vast array of songs tied to nyc is just too daunting for me right now... great work here, as always.
