Comment:

this is my preferred music for parties, which is, in my opinion, far better fare than the usual party offers. it is as much a musical attempt to explain a weekend night for my mates, as just a good soundtrack for a party.

rob, i received your package yesterday! it made me deliriously happy. thank you so much! 'beneath a parachute' sounds even better than it looks. *sigh* as fopr getting a copy, i'm going to try and make this into a tape, so i'll make you a copy on tape and put on some other good fillers or something. email me any others you want; i've lost track of what mixes i owe to whom.as for the murder city devils, they were a great band, but broke up last year. you can probably still get a few songs off of mp3.com, though.

I'm glad you liked that mix, Pam. As far as format goes, though, can you please keep this on CD? My tape players are erratic at best... if you want to add more stuff, why not a second disc? I'll happily provide you anything that you'd like in return...

Glad to hear all's well with you. I promise to actually e-mail you in the next 24 hours for an overview of my life in the past few weeks. *sigh* "It was the best of times, and the worst of times."

The Promise Ring's "Is This Thing On" makes me dance around like a spaz every single time I hear it. Always a good think at a party. Nice mix.

Jesus, just reading this track list has got me dancing 'round my pad. Dance mixes are the most satisfying to make, you get such tangible feedback (if they're successful).
