Yo, fool who made this tape? "I Want You to Want Me" originally by LETTERS TO CLEO? That is a travesty.
"What I Like About You" originally by the Knack? Don't do this, don't do this!!!!!
ok, the Propagandhi song actually mentions "she don't like bacon, she's a vegan" which is obviously a reference to the singer from Letters To Cleo, therefore the cover is of the Letters To Cleo version as opposed to the Cheap Trick song and What I Like About You is actually on the 'Before You Were Punk 2' compilation that is a tribute to new wave therefore it is not a cover of the Ramones version, being not new wave 'n' all.....anyway stop being picky and look at the rest of the mix :P

I really like this tape, but... I wouldn't have been able to resist including the Rocky Horror cover by MFATGG.
damn this is an awesome mix, but the cover art is even better. the killer barbies version of pet clark's song is the best.

i get the point that it may have been a reference to letters to cleo. but something tells me they don't even know the people from letters to cleo, since propagandhi's cover of I want you To Want me was released in something like 1993 and letters to cleo didn't even do that song until 10 Things I Hate About you which came out in what...1999? i'm not trying to dis on you because this is a very extensive list and i've wanted to something like it for quite some time and i give you mad props for accomplishing it. but...really. Cheap Trick. not letters to cleo.
hmm i am now perplexed and confused but i shall change the letters to cleo one...although The Knack will still remain!!
Oh man, anybody who hates "Time After Time" should listen to the Gameface version. I've fallen in love with it. I also love New Found Glory's "My Heart Will Go On" and "That Thing You Do". Those are all great covers.
