For those of you unfamiliar with the Jamaican DJ hierarchy of the '70s, Dennis Alcapone, Big Youth, U-Roy, and Roy Samuel Reid — a.k.a. I-Roy — made up the "big four": a quartet of reggae heavyweights, among whom I-Roy proved consistently to be the most rewarding, lyrically speaking.
