The musical teaming of avant guitarist Steve Tibbetts & Tibetan chant leader Choying Drolma, (and the Nagi Nunnery Foundation), produces some interesting acoustic, chamber-bent sounds & chanted vocals...mixed in with some like minded, low volume, world oriented tune-age from Jan Garbarek, I-Ching, Deep Forest, Dueter & Dead Can Dance. cool. I spent a month in Tibet, but never encountered any Tibetan djs. I guess it is hard for them to carry their turntables on their yaks... nice mix. If you ever have a chance to check out the Gyoto Monks do their chanting goodness, it is very cool.
