Comment:
A bloody hard mix to pull off, with lots of reshuffling and dropping of planned tracks involved. Took ages to realise the Hawkwind track really needed to be the first and not the second thing on the disc. Plus the thing was initially top-heavy with late 60s stuff, so I needed to break up that rather solid block so the last couple of tracks didn't look too misplaced. The mildly extravagant title comes from a hardcore porn film by Brazilian exploitation filmmaker Jose Mojica Marins, better known for his "Coffin Joe" horror films; I just found that title while browsing his Internet Movie Database entry one day and was naturally taken aback. (I have a feeling I'll be terribly disappointed by his films if I ever do get to actually see them, but there's something about them sounds strangely irresistible.) What the title has to do with the mix is, well, anyone's guess.Feedback:
