i used to date a girl who bought one of their t-shirts at the salvation army. we never heard the band but they had a picture of william s burroughs on the front holding a cross and above him it said 'the ultimate experience in greuling midwest terror!" a rip off of the evil dead tag line! what do they sound like?

(The late and lamented) MK Ultra sound heartbreaking and grumbly and rockin' all at once. You can get a better idea at their website--they have full albums posted. Also check out John Vanderslice's solo work--he was the lead singer and he's put out two (soon to be three) solo albums (on Barsuk) since the band broke up. HIGHLY recommended.
