Think a cover of "Over the Rainbow" shot through with R&B high style is a little out of character for the mid-'70s masters of funk? Hey, it's just one more stop on the weird and wonderful journey down the yellow brick road for the Ohio Players ? a trip that takes us through the rock fuzz, jazz sorcery, and secret-agent brass of "What the Hell," before landing us happily in the back seat of the classic funk Cadillac called "Black Cat."
