Comment:

The tracks on this mix are the reason why I buy live discs. Most of the tunes are acoustic, rearranged, stripped down, punched up, or have the audience helping out.
Certain things about this mix make me smile too...like the way Noel Gallagher tells off one of his bandmates at the end of "Don't Look...", or the way Sheryl Crow introduces Eric Clapton at the end of her track- only to lead into an altogether different Clapton performance.
It all ends with my all time favorite version of my all time favorite song. Taken from the movie RATTLE AND HUM, it features a coda which is rarely performed anymore.
The title is a quote from THIS IS SPINAL TAP, what better reference for a mix of live material right?

I love that line from Spinal Tap. Actually, my friend used it to preface an anthology of "bad poetry".
