Ironically this mix does not contain the actual song "Cars That Go Boom". It does, however, contain many other songs about the automobile, with a slant towards the less-obvious and/or rare live stuff.

Very fun mix. "Bitchin' Camaro" is one of my all-time favorite songs. Love the Dead Kennedys pick, too.
I definately agree with DJ Usurp concerning "Big Black Car". Also I personally could never even think of doing a mix on this theme without starting the CD with "Theme from Speed Racer" and ending with "Killer Cars" by Radiohead. Great mix, and there's also a ton of great suggestions people have posted.

there's the demento-style song "The Little Nash Rambler", but then again that doesn't really fit with the more genuine songs on the mix...ehn.

Incredible. Excellent choices all, avoiding the hackneyed and obvious. Love the Clash, Elastica, and the Milkmen...
