I don't know. I wouldn't call The Doors "average" but I wouldn't say they were the best thing ever, either. I would have included Peace Frog, Land Ho, and Break on Through... to start with anyway. Otherwise I like your picks.
You could've put 53 minutes of LA Woman and I would've been satisfied. Average? hmmm....

their first two and last two albums are great. In between those is a mixed bag. Nice mix, anyway
