Spirited though Rudy Guiliani's efforts may have been, only Donnie truly deserved Time's Man of the Year (and yes, I know it is "Person of the Year" now but "Man" fit better on the cover). More pop than rock, like its predecessor tape, "My Sweet Donnie." Show us your hits!
