While he's in no way related to Sir Paul, Jesse McCartney started building his own pop music empire way back in his tween years, when the singer got his start on Broadway and the soap opera [i]All My Children[/i]. Soon after, he helped deliver the platinum boy band debut of Dream Street before splitting off into a solo career that's generated three hit albums in just four years. And McCartney's tracks were strong from the start get-go, as his 2004 debut, [i]Beautiful Soul[/i], captivated the Radio Disney crowd with a Timberlake-like blend of slick beats and velvety vocals. These days, McCartney is in his twenties and showing no signs of slowing down, whether he's doing battle with sweeping strings and squawking horns ("Rock You"), hitting high notes amid laser-guided synths and crisp handclaps ("It's Over"), or riding a shimmering groove torn from the King of Pop's playbook ("Leavin'").
