SF-based duo Windsurf offers a delicious mix of laid-back funk and spacey grooves, as you can hear on the group's EP and remixes below, but this isn't fodder for your next lounge compilation. Intricate and simple at the same time, these productions are clearly a cut above the competition. Indeed, both the characters involved in the project have released their own, highly admired production work. Sorcerer's [GotoURL url="http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=260079715"][i][b]White Magic[/b][/i][/GotoURL] came out on new disco label Tirk in 2007, and Hatchback's [GotoURL url="http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?id=287834110"][i][b]Colors of the Sun[/b][/i][/GotoURL] just came out on Lo in September 2008.
