This mix could also be known as 27 reasons why MTV sucks, but i thought i would just keep it simple. A collection of pretty horrible songs from the 80's. People thought the 70's were excessive, for gods sake this had to be the most bombastic and overdone period of time in music history. It was a just a period of time in pop when the music and art was not important, just the look. In many ways I feel that Nirvana breaking big was a bad thing, simply for the fact that the underground would be so amazing now if they had made Nevermind on an independent label, but if Nirvana hadn't broken big just imagine how bad mainstream music would be now. True it sucks real bad right now, but imagine watered down Firehouse. That is truly a scary thought.
