Comment:

Breaking up with the girl a year later to whom I gave 2000's "High in a Blue Sky," I gave her this album, which I contend is NOT a break-up album, despite having some songs about break-ups on it.

Once again, I tried to pay close attention to finely-tuned transitions, such as Happiness, which ends with a mini-track "The Gondola Man" on the same track, and then Guster's "Two Points For Honesty" opens with very similar gondola-playing. And keep in mind Badly Drawn Boy's "Once Around the Block," which has a great abrupt opening, which allows it to be used for a great transition after almost any song... in fact, I've even interrupted over-long songs before they are over with that song to kep the flow going.
