Just a continuation of the first set of high school songs... though you can see with the latter 2 years (excluding the first 2 from junior high), my tastes were changing, & yearning for the not-so-overplayed-top-40. Thanks to a local radio station that had a fabulous "New Music Zone" every night from 7-10 pm, I was introduced to a good wide variety of different bands (present & 80's) that weren't so popular, & I was very grateful. Then that station went waaaay downhill after I graduated, & only plays the mindless/kiddie top 40 that you hear now... but at least SOMEONE at that station (in Houston, *COUGH*) had a great idea to widen people's musical horizons!! Sooo, here's some songs that helped me through my homework... & talking on the phone.... & playing Nintendo ;-) I'd say my favorite songs here at the time were the ones by Duran Duran & Blur.
