First completed in April, 1998 (!) but not given to my friend Bill since I thought it ended on too dour a note and, since the Buckner song mentions a "wreck on the 99", it couldn't be revived as a road tape. Reviewed again after Who Are Parents? was completed and found worthy of sending alongside that cassette, largely due to its rare Dusty Springfield and Jimi Hendrix duet fragment and the frankly daft material from the National Lampoon Radio Hour. 100 minutes.
