what's wrong with aquaman? he's the king of an underwater realm. he has a lot of responsibility. the sea is his domain. water covers more than 75% of the earth. so if he's a little bit "strange" he has more than an ample excuse. in addition he has an unruly son, an evil brother, shaky continuity, and his hand was eaten by pirhanas or some such flesh eating fish. and he grew a beard.

in all honesty i dislike aquaman, only because, how many crimes do you think would happen under water, let's be honest.
