Comment:

Some people have mentioned that they thought they could get more acquainted w/Jimi's music. This might help. A few covers, some cool live stuff, and some harder to find tracks. Stayed away from the longer jams...mostly ;-)

The last disc my Dad requested was some Billy Joel, so no, I don't think he'd appreciate it ;-) I like this one better, too.

Nobody has ever played guitar like Jimi. This was going to be a project of mine in the future. You have beaten me to the punch Mr K. Nice work.

Very nice Scott, and beautiful cover too. Congratulations on beating Gerald to the punch as well. He's always beating me to the punch. Perhaps someone spiked the punch, which explains why he always gets to it first! ;)

'Tis a brave man that tries to boil Hendrix down to a single disc. A decent approach to his ever amazing output.

Love the CD good choices, you've chosen one of rocks legends and placed him on just one CD. That takes balls, and it worked out

I agree, one disc isn't enough. Experience Hendrix could put out the first 100 cd box set...and it still wouldn't be enough!
