Comment:
I never sent out this mix because I feared losing a good friend if he heard it. but I'm keeping it because it kicks ass, sounds great and serves as a reminder of why I think this guy is so awesome. ahh, the memories.Feedback:
Another great mix...I see alot of the same names I saw on the other ones, which isn't to say that's bad. I tend to end up with a lot of the same groups over and over again on my mixes. I'm glad to see someone else who does the same.
the Jets to Brazil song is " In The Summer's When You Really Know"
Well, if we trade again, this is what I want! Hehe.
Coolness! I suppose my ESP must be the only possible explanation. :) I'm glad your friend liked it; I was sitting here wondering how anyone could possibly dislike it!
Dargh--I always think of more to say after I've clicked the submit button. I was going to say that it's real funny that you want The Turning Point, because I was having really Pinkerton-esque feelings about its reception; I made the Euphoric Summer Tape first, which had a definite Blue Album feel to it, and everyone went gaga over it, and then I made The Turning Point, and I really really liked it, and everyone was like, "Yeah, this one's good too, but I like the first one better." But then when I realized that there was a pathetic sort of parallel between it and Pinkerton, I felt it lent poetry to my pain. Hee hee.
