Comment:
Volume 3 in the continuing series. I wasn't sure how this would turn out, blending the secular and the sacred in one CD. But surprisingly it works well. Or perhaps not so surprisingly, because that's how life works. Good and evil, right and wrong, yin and yang, Saturday night sinners, Sunday morning saints. But I'm rambling. I imagine our poor soul, having partied all night and slipped in at 3 in the morning (and trying to sleep off his hangover), and being awakened by the wife cranking up the Sunday morning gospel radio. "Time to git up fer church, yew worthless good fer nuthin . . . "Feedback:
Mmmmmmm, Saturday night sinning...Nice.
Great, great stuff. Hooray for Doug Sahm, Bill Monroe, Alison Krauss, Hank...ah, hell. Hooray for everyone on this sucker. Wonderful.
Good idea and execution. Let me know if you'd like to trade for this (or the entire series, for that matter).
Cool mix & series. I may want to trade for it sometime, as well...
Killer!
EXCELLENT! I also like Ry Cooder's version of "Jesus on the Mainline".....buncha' backsliders! Great job amigo!
another great mix, my friend. No bad tracks and I'll be wanting this for sure.

want swap sometimes?
Suprised no Louvin Bros made it on. Not to say it isn't quite nice as it is. Good job.
Very few things are as fun as "Are You Drinking With Me, Jesus?".
