Featuring a lineup of fresh imports — a Scot, two Dutchmen, and a couple of Poms (including Gordon "Snowy" Fleet, the former drummer from Liverpool's the Mojos) — the Easybeats put Australian pop and rock on the international map. Formed in Sydney, 1964, the band ripped through their songs with terrific power and feverish passion: roll back the clock with bluesy debut single "For My Woman"; "Good Times," featuring Steve Marriott from the Small Faces on backing vocals; and the magnificent, still-electrifying "Friday on My Mind." Next Steps showcases diamonds from the band's final phase.
