Nice mix of a lot of "classic" indie punk bands.

the answer could be: your idea of the most influencial "emo" bands, in order from 1-23. OR you've gone from the earliest to the most recent bands, with most influencial band for each era? or something?

paintbrushes! that's pretty much it.. someone on another message board asked the question "what is Emo" because they had never heard of it. This is what I came up with, though it's far from definitive. Just a chronological sampling.. Actually I hadn't heard a good number of these bands until about a year ago ;-)
