Casual selection of some fave VU/Lou tunes of mine. Some may argue about the Max's version of "I'm Waiting For The Man" over the debut album take, but this one rocks along just as well on its own groovy beat.Feedback:
Interesting use of the "closet mixes." Not a big fan of those, myself. I own the VU box set but had to go out and buy the remaster of the third album just to get the commercial mix.
Yeah, I recently ordered that disc as well, having only the Closet from the Peel Slowly and See box, and the Valentin mix on tape. I like 'em both, but agree that the Valentin mix has a bit more snap to it.
