Comment:

With the state of music today I can only hang my head and think of what could have been. Being fourteen right when Nirvana hit the scene with "Smells Like Teen Spirit" felt like it was the beginning of something wonderful. With such promise to start a decade it only took one act of selfishness to end it all. In the wake of that stupid moment of 1994 you could feel music instantly become more sanatized and watered down. The remaining five years resulted in some of the least interesting crap imaginable (see Third Eye Blind, 311, Bush, Limp Bizkit etc....). I can only hope that the indie rock underground can once again gives us the gift of progress. Somewhere right now there is a kid playing his guitar and writing songs that will change the world. I want to give him this tape and then send him on his way to save the music. I just hope that he'll have that chance.

I've heard this music, and I'm writing. Give me a little longer. Music will once again be listenable. TED

Wait a minute, you knock Limp Bizkit but you like NSYNC? I hope you're joking. Some good stuff on here, though.
