Comment:

so, I'm new here and well, hi. :) this is a mix that I just sent off to a friend. sort of an introduction to some local olympia and seattle bands. very poppy and very very silly. I like throwing random spoken word tracks in to mix things up and the uh, Sifl & Olly tracks where just sort of thrown on at the end since I had some extra room.

-suggestions for more spoken word artists? (I'm afraid my music collection has become a bit... stagnant to say the least...)

-thanks

This looks nice. Lots of stuff to like including Stereo Total, Belle & Sebastian, & Sebadoh. As far as spoken word stuff, no specific recommendations, although I find that a great source for offbeat spoken word, instructional stuff especially, is library book and record sales. Welcome to AotM!
