Comment:

This mix is something i threw together for my 11 year old cousin. I feel like music, or lack there of, does alot to shape a person in teenhood. I'll be damned if I'm going to let someone i have influence on be molded by godsmack and creed. This is a kind of a toe in the water for an unexperienced swimmer. It is also dedicated to my babysitter who played skinny puppy, ministry and replacements tapes for me when I was 9. Also to follow for him: A map to DIY bands, stuff you'll never hear in Houston without looking and my ten favorite songs from ten favorite albums.

Great fucking mix man. If your cousin is anything like I was when I was his age this mix is definately going to shape his musical taste for the next few years.

You cannot expose young impressionable children enough to the pleasure that is the metal genre. It's what brought me where i am today, so i think this mix is great, although IMO it could have used a bit more Deep Purple (BTW, Creed & Godsmack suck!!)

I was waiting for the oops you forgot so and so comments but honestly i expected Blue Cheer or The Who. Deep purple imho is pretty forgettable. Sorry!
