Comment:

Disc 2 of the set. No this is not a joke. I love Metal. I've wholeheartedly listened to most of these bands through the years. I had a major discussion with a buddy of mine about the superior production qualities in Metal compared to what's out there right now. Bar none, it kicks everybody's ass. I can actually hear a clean guitar sound, or the vocals are mixed properly so the harmonies match . . . you can't that with these cut-rate indie rock bands that don't know what their doing let alone care. Punk is junk, people! Heavy Metal rules!

Love both volumes, but especially that Sleeze Beez song! That had it all, in terms of hard rock cliches...the big hook, a shriek vocal, the gang vocals on the chorus, the acoustic to electric solo, the false ending...basically the best hard rock song Mutt Lange never wrote!

We're all down with the metal...the house was rockin' @ Turkeypalooza to the mighty Priest and even King Diamond!!!
I've often had nightmares of my guitar strings being replaced by chains and my hair being replaced by a Don Dokken mullet.
