I've been in a very punk mood. I can't decide the winner, myself. Anybody?

Ooooh, sounds like fun! BUT...no Sex Pistols!? No Gang Of Four? No Patti Smith? Still, looks great. Even though The Clash is my favorite band, I'd probably pick USA.

Based upon what you've picked, I'd say the USA wins. In general, though, I might back up the UK.

Great stuff, but I also must ask, why no Sex Pistols? C'mon, UK punk from the 70s! Currently, the US wins... the UK doesn't have many good punk bands out right now (yes, there's a few, like Beerzone and Snuff and Living End)

and another question I forgot to ask: why no X Ray Spex?

fickle, you missed sooo much, argg i dunno UK is solid so is the USA, but you could've put sex pistols on for a big gun on the UK side, what about the exploited, what about New York Dolls. its a solid mix, but there are a few things i would've added. but yeah respect

Does anyone take into account the fact that I have my own taste and can do whatever the Hell I please? Besides, it's an 80 minute cd, and Joy Division is 1000x better than the Sex Pistols. If you don't like it, make your own mix. I'm just sharing my hobby, not claiming to be the foremost authority, but I know what I like, and it's on this mix. So there :)
