Comment:

It's as iconic as the '70s smiley face: the image of Rocky Balboa running up those endless city steps, the very picture of workout victory, to the sounds of Bill Conti's "Gonna Fly Now." We put that emblematic theme from Rocky at the top of our '70s Workout Essentials for a reason — see, we believe that it could be you up at the top those steps, wherever they might be, soaking in the glory of conquering your own fitness challenge. We know you can do it, and we're here to help, with everything from the Village People's superdude anthem "Macho Man," to Donna Summer's divalicious ode to you and your post-workout bod, "Hot Stuff." When McFadden & Whitehead sing "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now," well, we like to think that by us they mean you.
