Comment:

After my last few mixes which were all tightly bound to certain themes I felt it would be nice to relax and look around for some new stuff to listen to. These are all songs downloaded from one of those mp3 subscriber services and are presented in the order in which I sniffed them out. I've been wanting a version of James Brown's Funky Drummer for some time and I like that it sort of anchors the whole thing while the Hooker and Ray Charles tracks provide a nice sense of structure and closure.......Damn! There I go again making things complicated and sorting them out thematically again. P.S. this is an MP3 list on its way to a CD but I wanted to be able to list the ablbum information too, enjoy.
