A tough state. Aside from Freedy Johnston's horribly bitter "Tucumcari" there isn't a lot out there. Ended up going with the themes of the desert and UFOs, and including several songs by my friend Steve -- both addressed to an ex-girlfriend of his with whom we stayed in Albuquerque.
