Comment:

Well this is definitely the most goofy mix I've ever made. I really didn't think there was that many songs out there to make a "Star Wars" mix. I left off Smashing Pumpkins - "Clones" b/c my friends said that it wasn't directly associated with Star Wars. Besides it's not like Episode 2 was as good as the holy trilogy. But now I'm off topic. The S.P.O.C.K. song is a great find - it's the ultimate stormtrooper manifesto. So just in case I haven't made it abundantly clear, I'm a geek. A Star Wars geek.

Maybe some dialogue from "Clerks" would have worked. Great mix, well done theme, super pic and title!

Actually I didn't write it down, but the Supernova -Chewbacca track is one I downloaded off Grokster which spliced the "Which did you like better, Empire or Jedi?" dialogue with the actual song. So I was sure that was represented as well.

yeah jeff, that's the wookiee song. no star wars mix would be complete without it.

Try to find "Diasteroid" by Blaster the Rocketboy (either that or "Succulent Space Food for Teenage Vampires"). They have a song called 'God Free Youth Flying Around in X-Wing Fighters'. It's more of a comment on straightedge and God Free Youth. But still a rad song in a very sci-fi punk sort of way.

The main theme isn't that cool disco version is it? "A New Hope" by blink would have been cool - too bad Blink isn't. Perfect tape for the Star Wars game I'm running.
